What are the best and what are the worst pick up lines for girls?  The answer to that really depends on what actually works for you.  Personally I am not one to use something clever as a pick up line.  I tend to keep to the more traditional lines like ‘hello’.  That word has served me very well and is not complicated.  It’s easy to remember short sweet and to the point.  Why complicate things and run the risk of making a fool of yourself?

If you really need to use pick up lines for girls and want to try and be a little smooth then try and be a little creative.  When you deliver the line try and smile in case she thinks you are an idiot and let her know you are saying it with your tongue in your cheek.  Have you ever used your best pick up line only for the girl to tell you how lame it was and laugh at you?  Laughing at you is not fun at all.

Some of the worst pick up lines for girls have been made into songs.  Have you heard this one – ‘my face will be leaving in a quarter of an hour, I’d like you to be on it’.  It’s a funny line but pretty well guaranteed to get you slapped in the face.  How about one of the more corny lines? – ‘God must be going crazy because I see an escaped angel’.  How about one that I heard a friend of mine use?  Would you like to come back to my place for a cup of coffee and a root (sex)?  Yes he did say that and believe it or not it actually worked.  He took her home and left me with my mouth wide open.

I did a search on the internet for some pick up lines for girls and here are a couple that made me laugh.  I don’t suggest you use them but you will soon see how dumb some guys can be.

Some of the better pick up lines for girls you can use should be directed at the girl and be totally original.  If you see a girl looking at you in a bar go and say hello.  Tell her you thought you would save her the trouble of coming over to say hello to you and got in first.  Of course you better be smiling or she will think you are a complete jerk.  Remember girls get hit on all the time and you better have something interesting to say or you will be in real trouble.

One of my favourite techniques is to ask the girl what her favourite pick up line is.  If she tells you something that has worked on her in the past or that she really just enjoyed, repeat it straight back to her and give her a little wink.  Smile and say does it still work?  Women love a man with a sense of humour and you can use this technique to break the ice and show her you are a funny intelligent nice guy.

In the beginning of this article I suggested the best pick up lines for girls where the simple ones.  Saying hello and introducing yourself is a pretty good foundation to start off any conversation.  The girl won’t feel like she is being picked up and will more than likely respond in a more positive manner.  The secret to picking up girls is to start off a conversation and show her you are interested in what she has to say.  Once you have broken the ice you will feel a lot more relaxed and she will sense your growing confidence and likewise feel more relaxed around you.

Girls are creatures of habit and don’t forget things easily.  Trying to pick her up with a cheesy pick up line is a sure way to fall flat on your face.  Use my tip and keep it simple.
